Why should we care?

"And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me" (Matthew 25:40)

The way we treat others is how we have treated God. I have heard people say "I won't give anything to these people. They'll only use it to buy booze." What they do with it is their business. I'm held accountable only for helping others.

I LOVED this.

God bless all of us.

It's easy to feel overwhelmed; but if we can each truly help one person, what a beautiful world this would be.

A three kleenex box watch - but let us all remember that EMPATHY lives not just in fabulous films like this one. Next time, do not turn your eyes away from me and hurry on your way..stop and look into my eyes and listen to my heart. THEN the filmmakers will be successful. Blessings on all.....

A powerful spiritual boost to remind us of our potential for good, in times when greed and anger are the defining emotions

[...] From TED: “This beautiful video titled “Mankind is No Island” recently won first prize at Tropfest NY. Directed by Jason van Genderen, it was shot entirely on a cell phone with a budget of $57.” Creativity and artistic vision trump big budgets and fancy gear (again).
