2005 TED Prize winner Edward Burtynsky and 2006 TED Prize winner Cameron Sinclair at the TEDGlobal Welcome Party

This afternoon, TEDGlobal begins in Oxford. The TED Prize team is here to share the story of our winners – past and present – and galvanize support for our current projects.

On Thursday afternoon 2008 TED Prize winner Karen Armstrong will update the community on the Charter for Compassion, which has developed tremendously since she made her wish and will be unveiled on November 12 this year.
