The finest of Congratulations to you Jamie for a brilliant lecturette. The best thing about it is the simple straightforward language you use to get your message across to the ordinary people. This is exactly what is needed because so many people are not equipped to take in the more sophisticated websites. You are “speaking to the Gallery” in words anyone can understand. That is exactly my mission as a teacher – retired, but you do it so much better than I can simply because I know too much!
Absolutely marvelous Jamie! Please keep up your mission and ignore those who want to attack you.

From one east ender to another – nice one mate! Raising the issue about food and how it impacts on societies and there well being is fundamental. Poor diet takes no prisoners whether they be from developed countries
(obesity) or developing nations (malnutrition). The problem is global and the solution requires leaders to wake up and put the health of their communities first…rave on

Go for it my son, I and my family are with you all the way. Living in a culinary wasteland for the past 10 years has brought new meaning to cooking at home. With only three really decent restaurants within a reasonable range, but perhaps 20 greasy pizza joints and a further 10 fast food places , we cook at home nearly every night.

Not a bad thing, but because the vast majority don’t cook some of the basics are just ridiculously expensive. I’d like to see if the food revolution can help to reduce the prices of some basic, quality items, that are currently here in New York at much higher prices than I was used to in Blightly.

Generate the need, and invigorate the market.
